Home-Based Caseworker (1099 Subcontractor)

Provide direct services to families in their homes to support parenting skills, home stability, and reunification efforts. Caseworkers will conduct weekly visits, complete DCS-aligned documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field

Reliable transportation and ability to work in the community

Strong communication and case documentation skills

Experience working with children and families preferred

NOW HIRING

Home-Based Therapist (1099 Subcontractor)

Deliver trauma-informed therapy to youth and caregivers in home or community-based settings. Therapists will use evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT and CPP and collaborate closely with DCS case managers and A-Team supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology

Active Indiana LSW, LMHC, LMFT, or higher licensure

Completion of supervision hours preferred

Experience providing in-home or family therapy a plus

Clinical Suporvisor

Supervisors must be licensed at the Master’s level and must complete the DCS Supervision Qualification Training prior to providing supervision.
